Have you ever tried chokeberry jelly before? If not yet, I highly recommend catching up early. It's so delicious that it's just impossible to resist. Especially in winter, when there is not enough fresh berries.
Ingredients
- Chokeberry - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 2 glasses
- Gelatin - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve gelatin in 100 ml of water.
Pour the rest of the water over the chokeberry and cook it until soft for about 40 minutes.
Rub the rowan through a sieve, add sugar and bring to a boil again.
Boil until the sugar dissolves, pour in the gelatin, mix and roll the jelly into sterile jars.
