I hasten to share with you another wonderful recipe. This time we will talk about tomatoes in their own juice with vinegar. Vegetables must first be sorted so that the softest ones go to the juice. Harder specimens are peeled and placed in jars.

Peel half of the tomatoes and put them in jars.

Pass the remaining vegetables through the juicer.

Mix the resulting juice with sugar, salt, spices and boil for 10 minutes.

Pour the boiling marinade into jars with vegetables and sterilize for 15 minutes.

Carefully remove the jars from the sterilization bath, pour a little vinegar into each. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a thick towel.
