It's always nice to experiment with different ways of making jam. And this recipe of ginger and lemon turned out to be one of my favorites. Instead of traditional cooking, we use a meat grinder to grind the ingredients and get a thick and fragrant treat.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the ginger. Pour boiling water over the lemons, cut them arbitrarily with the peel and remove the bones.

Put everything through a meat grinder and add sugar to taste. You can use honey.

Arrange the jam in sterile jars and store in the refrigerator.
