- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Tomato juice - 1 l
- Garlic - 50 g
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Black pepper - 6 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the bell pepper, peel from the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Mix tomato juice with sugar, salt, spices and boil for 10 minutes.
Add pepper and garlic passed through the press. Boil for 5-7 minutes from the moment of re-boiling.
Pour in the vinegar, soak for 2 minutes and close in the prepared jars.
