Wash the apricots thoroughly, peel the seeds and put them in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Add half the sugar, cover and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.

Mix the remaining sugar with gelatin and pour it into a saucepan with apricots.

Add water, citric acid and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from the stove and mash with an immersion blender.

Return the pan to the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and roll it up.
