Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat the water with sugar until it dissolves, stirring.
Remove the seeds from the cherries and send the berry to the syrup.
Boil the jam for 5 minutes and let it cool completely.
Repeat the previous step.
Bring the jam to a boil again, add chopped lemon with peel and vanilla to taste.
Boil it for another 15 minutes on low heat and roll it into jars.
