Ingredients
- Grapes - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1.5 glasses
- Water - 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the grapes and put them in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain, boil again, pour again and leave for another 10 minutes.
Drain the water for the last time and bring it to a boil with sugar.
Add citric acid to the syrup, pour into jars and roll up.
