Recently I bought forest oyster mushrooms from proven mushroom pickers. They are just made for pickling! It is very simple to cook such mushrooms: it is enough to boil them with spices and put them in clean jars. All the proportions and features are further in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Oyster mushrooms - 2 kg
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Vinegar - 120 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1,5 tbsp.l.
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and cut oyster mushrooms.
Boil water with spices, salt and sugar.
Add the chopped oyster mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
Pour in the vinegar and immediately remove the pan from the heat.
Arrange the mushrooms in sterilized jars, pour hot marinade and roll up.
