Ingredients
- Black Currant - 3 glasses
- Garlic - 9 teeth
- Parsley - 60 g
- Cilantro - 60 g
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through the currants.
Put all the ingredients through a meat grinder and mix.
Roll the adjika into sterilized jars and store in a cold place.
