- Sugar - 160 g
- Rose Petals (rosehip) – 40 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Citric acid - 3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the fresh petals with cold salted water for 10 minutes and then rinse.
Cook a syrup of sugar, water and citric acid.
Put the petals in it and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat for half an hour and boil again for 5 minutes.
Repeat the previous step.
After the third cooking, roll the jam into sterile jars.
