This is a delicious spring chicken soup recipe. But in fact it is easy to cook it at any time of the year. Potatoes and carrots are always available, and broccoli with green peas can be taken from freezing.
Ingredients
- Chicken - 400 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Green peas - 120 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into pieces, cover with water and boil until tender.
Add diced potatoes, and after 3-5 minutes – carrots and broccoli.
After another 5 minutes, add the peas with spices, and after 3-4 minutes remove the soup from the heat.
