Ingredients
- Watermelon - 2.5 kg
- Water - 1.2 l
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Black pepper - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Apple cider vinegar - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the watermelon into pieces with the peel and put it in clean jars with garlic.
Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lids.
Drain this water, add the remaining ingredients to it and boil again.
Fill the watermelons again and roll them up for the winter.
