Ingredients
- Grapes (Isabella) – 1 kg
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 15 g
- Salt - 10 g
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the grapes from the brushes, rinse.
Mash with a pusher or pass through a meat grinder.
Rub the resulting mass through a sieve to remove the peel and bones.
Add water, sugar, salt and ground pepper. Boil for 20 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar and remove from the heat after 1 minute.
Spread out in clean, dry jars, roll up and leave for a day in a warm place.
