Recipe for lovers of spicy sauces. Spicy adjika is prepared from sour plums with the addition of tomatoes and spices. The characteristic flavor of the dish is given by ground coriander and suneli hops. The degree of burning can be adjusted by the amount of hot pepper.
Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Dill - 10 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.
Cut tomatoes, dill and hot pepper into small pieces.
Put all the blanks in a saucepan, add salt and leave for 1 hour.
Put the pan on the fire and cook for 20 minutes.
Puree the mass with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add garlic and spices passed through the press and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Put the hot adjika in clean, dry jars, roll up and wrap with a thick towel.
