Universal preparation: vegetables are served on the table, and marinade is successfully used in cooking. I prefer to cook yellow tomatoes in their own juice without vinegar. This way it is possible to preserve the natural taste and delicate aroma of vegetables.
Ingredients
- Yellow tomatoes - 4 kg
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass half of the tomatoes through a juicer.
Mix the resulting juice with sugar, salt, spices and boil for 10 minutes.
Put the remaining tomatoes in the prepared jars.
Pour boiling juice and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Roll up the yellow tomatoes, turn the jars upside down and wrap with a thick towel.
