Salads are very popular in my family. And the salad with salmon and avocado won our hearts. No breakfast is complete without lightly salted fish, hearty avocado, fresh herbs and sweet and sour orange - the perfect combination of ingredients.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 50 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 250 g
- Orange - 50 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 h.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the avocado, peel and stone, cut into strips or cubes.
Take lightly salted salmon, it will taste better this way. Cut into thin slices.
Peel the orange and peel off the veins, they can give bitterness.
Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix all the remaining ingredients: olive oil, spices to taste, mustard and lemon juice.
Pour the salad mix into the salad bowl. Add avocado, fish and orange on top. Season everything with sauce and serve for breakfast, lunch or as a light dinner.
