Solyanka with champignons and cabbage for winter in jars

Do you like solyanka, but don't like to spend a lot of time cooking it? In this case, I want to share with you a proven recipe that will significantly simplify your life. This is a preparation for the winter – the most classic, in cans, with cabbage and champignons.
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 3 kg
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Champignons - 1.5 kg
- Vinegar - 0.25 glasses
- Vegetable oil - 250 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
- Tomato sauce - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage, chop the onion, grate the carrots and chop the champignons.
Add salt, sugar, tomato sauce and butter.
Simmer all together for an hour on low heat. 10 minutes before the end, pour in the vinegar.
Roll the hodgepodge into sterilized jars.
