Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rub the raspberries through a sieve.

Add sugar, stir and set aside for 1 hour.

Put the pan on low heat, bring to a boil and add citric acid.

Boil for 5-7 minutes, place in clean, dry jars, roll up and turn upside down.
