It's not easy to find good olives in the store, and the prices for them bite. Fortunately, there is a great alternative — pickled blackthorn. You will be surprised how delicious it is! Use the thorn for decoration or serve as a snack.
Ingredients
- Turn - 800 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the thorn thoroughly, pierce each berry with a needle.
Pour the blackthorn into the prepared jars.
In a saucepan, mix water with spices and salt.
Boil for 5 minutes and pour into jars with blackthorn. Cover with a lid and leave for 25-30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add vinegar and boil for 2 minutes after boiling.
Pour the boiling marinade into the jars, roll up and turn upside down.
