In winter, delicious compotes remind of summer, delight with a pleasant taste and give such necessary vitamins! For this reason, I always cook a lot of them. Raspberry and mint mojito with lemon is one of my favorite recipes!
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the lemons with boiling water and cut them.
Rinse mint and raspberries under running water.
Put raspberries, mint and lemon slices in clean jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and put aside to cool.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and boil for 3 minutes.
Pour the syrup into the jars, roll up and turn upside down. After a day, transfer the cooled cans to a dark, cool place.
