Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 3 kg
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Horseradish - 10 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 60 g
- Gelatin - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 25 ml
- Allspice - 6 peas
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Carnation - 6 buds
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
Arrange them in sterile jars with slices of garlic and horseradish.
Boil water with sugar, salt and spices.
Add vinegar and let the marinade cool down a little.
Dilute the gelatin in water according to the instructions, pour into the marinade and mix.
Bring it to a boil again and pour over the cucumbers.
Sterilize the jars with the blanks for another 20 minutes in boiling water and roll up.
