Beetroot salad with tomatoes in jars without sterilization

Unfortunately, beetroot preservation is rare. Many do not even suspect what delicious preparations are made from it for the winter. I really like beetroot salad with tomatoes. It is prepared without sterilization and other difficulties.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 3 kg
- Tomatoes - 1,5 kg
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the beetroot and cut into cubes.
Also chop tomatoes and peeled onions.
Mix the vegetables in a deep saucepan, add sugar, salt and butter. Boil on low heat for 1 hour.
Add spices and simmer for another 7-10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and after 1 minute remove the pan from the heat.
Arrange the hot salad in jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
