Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 3 kg
- Onion - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Sprat - 3 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Salt - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Vinegar - 150 ml
- Tomato paste - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel all the vegetables and put them through a meat grinder.
Simmer the vegetables for half an hour and put the washed defrosted sprat there.
Simmer for another 2 hours on low heat.
Add the remaining ingredients and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
Roll the sprat into sterile jars.
