Ingredients
- Apples (green) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 400 g
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Water (filtered) – 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apples, peel the seeds and cut into quarters.
Place the workpiece in a large saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar, citric acid and boil for 10 minutes.
Arrange the apples in sterilized jars, pour boiling syrup and roll up.
