If you like interesting vegetable preparations, be sure to try these eggplants. This is one of the traditional Tatar recipes that I got from a friend. In our family, he successfully took root from the very first year, because it turns out very tasty and successful.
Ingredients
- Eggplant - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 700 7
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 240 ml
- Vinegar (essence) – 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop the peppers and eggplants.
Chop tomatoes with a blender or meat grinder.
Add oil, salt and sugar to the tomato, and bring to a boil.
Put the vegetables there and boil for half an hour.
Add sugar, salt, crushed garlic and hot pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar essence, mix and roll the eggplants into sterilized jars.
