To make the blanks versatile and practical, I share an excellent recipe for solyanka with cabbage, mushrooms and carrots. A few of these jars for the winter will save time and effort. And with young vegetables it always turns out tastier.
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 3 kg
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Mushrooms - 1.5 kg
- Vinegar - 0.25 glasses
- Vegetable oil - 0.25 glasses
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Tomato sauce - 250 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the mushrooms and boil for 15 minutes in boiling water.
Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots and chop the onion.
Add all the ingredients to the vegetables, except mushrooms.
Simmer the hodgepodge for an hour on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the mushrooms and simmer for another hour.
Roll up the hodgepodge in sterile jars.
