You can cook a lot of delicious preserves from fragrant strawberries. I like to make strawberry jam. For greater uniformity, the boiled berries are mashed with a blender. It is not necessary to do this, especially if you are not confused by the heterogeneity of the mass.

Prepare the strawberries, rinse thoroughly and put them in a saucepan.

Cover with sugar and leave for 6 hours.

Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Grind with an immersion blender until smooth.

Warm up for another 2-3 minutes and close in the prepared jars.
