Prepare the strawberries, rinse thoroughly and put them in a saucepan.
Cover with sugar and leave for 6 hours.
Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Grind with an immersion blender until smooth.
Warm up for another 2-3 minutes and close in the prepared jars.
