- Sea Buckthorn - 3 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg
- Water (cleaned) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the sea buckthorn through a juicer.
Add water, sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
Pour the juice into the prepared container, close the lids tightly and wrap with a thick towel for a day.
