Dressing for borscht for winter is one of my favorite ways to preserve fresh vegetables for the season ahead. I used only high-quality beets and tomatoes to make the dressing juicy and delicious. This is the perfect way to add more flavor and flavor to borscht.

Chop tomatoes in a blender, finely chop onions and grate beets with carrots.

Mix vegetables, except tomatoes. Add oil, water and a third of vinegar.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour in the tomatoes and add all the remaining ingredients.

Simmer the dressing on low heat for about 40-45 minutes.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
