Canned fish is not necessary to buy in the store, especially if you are worried about their composition. They can be rolled up for the winter on their own. This is much easier than it seems at first glance – and then I will tell you about everything in stages.
Ingredients
- River fish - 2 kg
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Bay leaf - 15 pieces
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Gut the fish and cut into medium pieces. Mix with salt.
Lay the fish in layers in washed jars, shifting with bay leaf and pepper.
Fill the fish with oil, cover with lids and sterilize the jars in boiling water for 4 hours.
Leave the blanks overnight and sterilize in the same way for another 4 hours.
Roll up the canned fish.
