Ingredients
- Pine Cones (young) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
- Water - 2 l
- Lemon juice - 120 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cones thoroughly and place them in a deep saucepan.
Add water, sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and leave for 2 hours.
Repeat the procedure 5 more times, taking breaks for 1.5-2 hours.
Mix the finished jam with lemon juice, put it in jars and roll it up.
