Zucchini salad with rice for winter without sterilization
After a hard day's work, you don't always have the strength to cook dinner. Especially for such an occasion, I stock up on various semi-finished products in the summer. Among them there must be a salad of zucchini with rice. It is not difficult to cook it. I'm sharing the recipe with you.

Chop the zucchini, carrots and peeled onions.
In a deep cauldron, fry onions and carrots in oil until golden brown.
Add the zucchini and continue to fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the washed rice, spices, salt and water.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and turn off the heat after 2 minutes.
Arrange the salad in sterilized jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a thick towel for a day.
