Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the viburnum berries from the brushes and rinse thoroughly.
Place in a wide bowl and mash with a masher.
Rub the resulting mass through a sieve to remove the bones and peel.
Mix the pectin with 100 g of sugar and put it aside.
Add the remaining sugar to the viburnum puree, mix and put on a slow fire.
Boil for 10 minutes, pour the billet with pectin and cook for another 5 minutes.
Put the hot jelly in the prepared jars and roll it up.
