Mochi is the most delicate Japanese dessert made of rice flour with a huge number of various fillings. If you haven't tried this unusual delicacy yet, we suggest cooking mochi with banana. It's easier than it seems, and the result is worth it!

Mix rice flour, water and powdered sugar in a non-metallic bowl. If desired, add food coloring.

Cover the bowl with cling film, pierce it in several places with a toothpick and send it to the microwave for 1-2 minutes at high power. Then mix the dough and put it in the microwave again for 1 minute.

Cut the banana into circles.

Sprinkle the table with starch, roll out the dough, form small cakes.

Put a teaspoon of cottage cheese and a piece of banana in the center of each tortilla. Form round balls with the filling inside. Put the finished mochi on a platter.
