For cakes:
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Flour - 500 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Raisins - 80 g
- Mac - 60 g
- Nuts - 80 g
For cream:
- Sour cream - 600 g
- Powdered sugar - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and sour cream with a mixer.
Gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder.
Divide the dough into 3 parts. Add raisins to one, poppy seeds to the other, chopped nuts to the third.
Bake the cakes for about 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar until fluffy, smear the cakes, collect the sour cream and send it to the refrigerator.
