Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 250 g
- Egg yolks - 4 pieces
- Mascarpone - 400 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 1.5 glasses
- Coffee (espresso) – 1 cup
- Amaretto Liqueur - 2 tbsp.l.
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Cocoa (for decoration) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the yolks with powdered sugar until white.
Beat the cooled cream with a mixer at high speed for 3-5 minutes.
Add the mass of yolks, mascarpone and mix.
Mix coffee with liqueur.
Put the cookies on a wide board and pour with a spoon of coffee.
Put a little cream on the bottom of the glasses.
Add a layer of cookies and put a couple of spoonfuls of cream again. Cookies can be broken if necessary.
Repeat the steps until the glass is full. Sprinkle the dessert with cocoa and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
