Beetroot with cottage cheese is one of the most underrated combinations. They are so good together that they don't even need an addition. And if the beetroot is very sweet, then cheese or feta will also be fine. If desired, add a handful of nuts to the salad.

- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Greenery - 0,5 beam
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake or boil the beets until tender – about an hour, depending on the size.
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, cut the beets into small cubes and mix gently.
Season with salt and pepper and add chopped greens to the salad. Sprinkle it with olive oil.
