- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Roll out the dough in a 3-4 mm layer.
Cut the circles with a glass. Leave half of it like this, and cut holes in half.
Put the whole circles on parchment and brush with beaten egg.
Lay the rings and lubricate again. You can make another layer of rings so that the volovans are higher.
Put them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until browned.
Press the bottoms and fill the volovans with filling to taste.
