Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in oil until golden brown.
Chop beef liver and fried onion in a blender.
Add eggs, cream, flour, salt and ground pepper. Stir until smooth.
Grease a frying pan with butter, pour a little dough and fry until tender on both sides. Repeat the steps until the dough runs out.
Assemble the liver keto cake by smearing the cakes with mayonnaise. For decoration, you can use boiled eggs, herbs or fried onions.
