Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-place the moose meat in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Finely chop the meat, and then put it on a board and beat it well with the butt of a knife.
Chop capers, pickled cucumbers and peeled onions.
Mix the chopped ingredients.
Add sauces, lemon juice, mustard, ground pepper, salt and mix again.
