Pita bread rolls are good because you can wrap literally any filling in them. This opens up a limitless space for experimenting with a variety of ingredients. Here's another win-win recipe that I really like!
Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 pieces
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Corn - 150 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs, let them cool and peel them from the shell.
Cut the eggs and crab sticks into small cubes, add corn and grated cheese to them.
Add finely chopped dill and mix the filling with mayonnaise.
Spread the mixture evenly over the pita bread, a little short of the edge, and roll it into a tight roll.
Wrap the roll tightly in clingfilm and leave it in the refrigerator to soak for at least an hour.
Cut the snack into pucks about 3 cm thick.
