Do you like spicy snacks? Then this recipe is for you. Thanks to the chili pepper, the dish turns out incredibly hot. Its amount can be adjusted to your liking, but it should be borne in mind that over time the sharpness becomes less intense.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 500 g
- Dried chili pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater.
Add salt, sugar, ground coriander and mix well.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Pour the hot oil into the carrots, straining from the onion through a strainer.
Add chili pepper, vinegar and garlic passed through the press. Stir again, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
