Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the ham, mushrooms and peeled eggs.
Fry the champignons in oil until tender.
Lay out the salad in layers in this order: rice, fried mushrooms, ham and eggs. After each layer, add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
