- Cherry - 400 g
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the cherry, rinse, remove the stems and seeds. Then mash until the juice appears, squeeze. Send the juice to the refrigerator.
Fill the cherry pulp with water, add sugar, stir, bring to a boil over low heat and boil for a few minutes.
Cool the cherry broth completely, strain through cheesecloth and combine with cherry juice.
Serve the finished cherry juice to the table chilled.
