Of all fruit compotes, apricot is one of my favorites. It is sweet, rich enough, but light and refreshing at the same time. I tell you how to cook it to squeeze the maximum flavor out of the fruit.
Ingredients
- Apricots - 700 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 5-6 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the apricots into halves and pour boiling water over them.
Bring everything to a boil again and add sugar.
Stirring, cook the compote on low heat for about 15 minutes.
