This is a great quick recipe for a hearty and warm salad with crab sticks. It's not particularly festive, but for every day it's what you need. I prefer to cook it for breakfast, and that's why I add an omelet.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 tbsp.l .
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the crab sticks and lightly fry in a spoonful of oil. You can season to taste.
Beat the eggs with milk and fry in the remaining scramble oil, stirring constantly.
Randomly slice tomatoes and avocado, and immediately serve the salad.
