Tired of sprat sandwiches? And what if you add fragrant canned food to a salad? I often cook such dishes for New Year's holidays, so I know for sure — it will turn out very tasty! I am happy to share with you my most favorite recipe.
Ingredients
- Sprats (canned) – 1 bank
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 150 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the sprats from the jar and mash with a fork.
Grate cheese and peeled potatoes.
Cut cucumbers and peeled onions.
Put half of the potatoes on a plate. Add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
The next layers are sprats, onions, cucumbers and the remaining potatoes. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Thickly lay out the melted cheese. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that the ingredients are thoroughly soaked.
