Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chicken fillet, cucumbers, carrots and peeled onions cut into small cubes.
Peel the eggs from the shell, divide into whites and yolks. Grate the whites, mash the yolks with a fork.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Add mayonnaise, garlic passed through the press and mix.
Form small balls from the resulting mixture.
Mix chicken fillet, onion, cucumbers, carrots and yolks.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix gently.
Put the finished salad on a serving plate, sprinkle egg whites thickly on top.
Make a small depression in the center of the salad and put the cheese balls there.
