Incredibly delicious salad surprises with its versatility every time. The ingredients are combined with each other in an original way. The dish can be cooked at any time of the year, but for me tangerines are more associated with New Year's holidays.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 100 g
- Arugula - 50 g
- Radish - 150 g
- Tangerines - 2 pieces
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 30 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Peel the tangerines, peel the films and cut into circles.
Cut radishes and greens. Tear the arugula with your hands.
Mix everything, add salt, ground pepper and oil mixed with lemon juice.
