In my family, fresh vegetable salads are very popular. Sometimes, to make them more satisfying, I add meat. In this recipe I will tell you how to cook with chicken. You can also use pork, turkey, beef or lamb.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Bell pepper (large) – 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Bow purple (large) – 1 piece
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
Sprinkle with ground pepper, salt and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets until tender.
Put the chicken on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
Chop cherry tomatoes, peeled bell peppers and onions.
Mix chicken fillet, vegetables and salad mix.
Add salt, ground pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
